A smoothie bowl makes a great start of the day but is also a treat at lunch time. This vibrant yellow smoothie bowl has tropical flavours and brightens your day. This time I topped the smoothie bowl with some toasted granola, coconut and toasted mango bits.
Banana mango smoothiePrint Recipe
- 1 banana (ripe)
- 2 kiwi's
- 1 ripe mango
- 125 ml of plain yoghurt
- For the topping
- 2 table spoons of coconut
- 2 table spoons of toasted mango
- 3 table spoons of granola
Peel the banana, mango and kiwi's
Put all the fruit and the yoghurt in a blender and mix till it is smooth
Divide the smoothie mixture in to two bowls
Divide the toppings over the two bowls, enjoy!
