Mango banana smoothie bowl

A smoothie bowl makes a great start of the day but is also a treat at lunch time. This vibrant yellow smoothie bowl has tropical flavours and brightens your day. This time I topped the smoothie bowl with some toasted granola, coconut and toasted mango bits.

Banana mango smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana (ripe)
  • 2 kiwi's
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 125 ml of plain yoghurt
  • For the topping
  • 2 table spoons of coconut
  • 2 table spoons of toasted mango
  • 3 table spoons of granola

Instructions

Peel the banana, mango and kiwi's

Put all the fruit and the yoghurt in a blender and mix till it is smooth

Divide the smoothie mixture in to two bowls

Divide the toppings over the two bowls, enjoy!
